About the site

My name is Sam Bergheiser. I live in Lower Merion, right outside of Philadelphia and near SEPTA's Norristown High Speed Line and two Regional Rail lines. I've been obsessed with public transportation and urbanism in general for years, and I've been riding SEPTA since I could walk. I created this (work-in-progress) site because I love SEPTA. I wanted to spread the word about the difficulties it continues to face with funding and hopefully convince people to get involved with the effort to ensure that Philadelphia continues to keep and improve our transit service.
